HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The pay structure is set up like a subscription model. You will be $29.99/mo while you have access to the course content. This subscription also includes access to all of your 45 hour post-license course as well as your 21 hours of required CE courses.

DO YOU OFFER AN IN-PERSON OPTION?

No, The Ready Agent is entirely online. At this time, we do not have any plans of offering an in-person course.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?

There is 90 hours worth of content. However, it is entirely online, so if you can spend the proper amount of time on the course per day, you can complete it in 30 days.

AM I OBLIGATED TO JOIN ANY SPECIFIC BROKERAGE IF I ATTEND THE READY AGENT?

No, you are not obligated to join any specific brokerage. However, we encourage you meet with one of our mentors to learn how some of our partner brokerages help new and part time agents get their real estate business off the ground.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A REAL ESTATE AGENT IN OKLAHOMA?

The cours work can take anywhere from 1 month to 4 month. The state requires that you finish the course within 6 months. Once you complete the course, the background check and application process can take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

HOW DO I GET MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN OKALHOMA?

1) You must be at least 18 years old

2) Complete 90-hours basic real estate education course (ENROLL HERE)

3) Complete background check. (SCHEDULE BACKGROUND CHECK HERE)

4) Complete Oklahoma Real Estate Commission Application (START APP HERE)

5) Pass the State Issued Exam (SCHEDULE EXAM HERE)

NOTE: These steps must be completed in order. You can not complete step 3, 4, or 5 until step 2 is complete.
